Your Personal Movement Coach

As a professional Pilates and movement Instructor, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health and fitness goals. My aim is not only to help you transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and wellness.

My Bio

As a seasoned Pilates and movement coach, I believe in a positive and energetic approach that, for more than two decades, has inspired a loyal clientele to adopt healthy lifestyle changes. Over the years, my teaching method evolved from a focus on fitness to a more holistic approach to functional movement, healing and overall wellbeing. My experience and knowledge give me the ability to work with a diverse clientele and cater to specific individual needs. My intuition, curiosity and desire to help through teaching and mentoring are the driving forces behind every session. I bring a background in dance and a well rounded knowledge of movement through training in Pilates, Gyrotonic® Expansion System, Posture and Flexibility studies, Energy Healing and Fascial release.

My certifications include:  NPCP Certified Teacher, Pilates mat level 1 and 2 through PhysicalMind Institute, mat/apparatus comprehensive and advanced program through STOTT® Education Method, Level 3 Reiki Usui Practitioner, Visceral Manipulation level 1.
